Terrible experience - shipment arrived 2 months late and many things were broken and/or missing. Despite multiple attempts to a contact them in order to file an insurance claim they never bothered to respond

This is beyond our control because of what is happening in the Red Sea. The ships there are reserved, and the delay is not because of us. You can communicate with your government and submit its requests. Why? We are all not to blame for this, and in the event of war there are no guarantees

4 rating - not 5 as they should contact me if hat ever the status. I don’t need to contact them about the shipment. My items are are at back home and they give me 45 days from yesterday. I hope all goes well and I can get my items on time.
