Fast Delivery Cargo Services

This company owes me money and after contacting several times and phone calls they simples ignored my emails and calls and they are very unprofessional. All the service is very bad and they cheat the customers

Never work with fdcargo. They don't deliver on time and don't care. Avoid them. Don' trust them at all.

Terrible. Furniture broken and packed carelessly. So many missing items. Their agent in the receiving country did not have a clue about unpacking and putting things together which caused more damages. Stolen items such as washing machine water hoses. We were left with more than 40 unpacked boxes and blackmailed to pay more at destination due to incorrect sizing information shared. They are a complete fraud. No apology nor support to their partner at destination.

Were not clear on the charges for tax, we agreed a door to door cost yet I was then charged for taxes and add ons.
My TV was broken and without even asking for pictures, the Manager assured me the boxes are packed well, I was asked for a picture of the sealed box - two would I know the TV is damaged inside without opening. the box??? This is the reason given for not being liable for the damage!
The Manger has since ignored all calls and refused to reply or assist - AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

More than a month late, handed responsibility to a local operator who had no interest in making the delivery.

The team was efficient and respectful. The communication was very effective and reliable as well. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!
