12My TV was broken and without even asking for pictures, the Manager assured me the boxes are packed well, I was asked for a picture of the sealed box - two would I know the TV is damaged inside without opening. the box??? This is the reason given for not being liable for the damage!
The Manger has since ignored all calls and refused to reply or assist - AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
