    What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

    CSS Qatar recommends opting for “Full Risk” door-to-door insurance, available at 3.5% of the declared value of your shipment. To arrange coverage, a detailed inventory list must be provided 48 hours before packing. Without the list, insurance will not apply. A minimum premium of QR 600.00 applies, and all terms are subject to the insurance provider.

    How is the review score calculated?

    Poor communication with customer, misleading and inaccurate information, VERY unreliable. I wasted much of my time with this company. Fortunately I was able to withdraw my business before I lost any money. There are many others options in Qatar, my advice is to SHOP AROUND. Less than 1 star. MUCH LESS!

    I went there to pay my bill in person, when I got there I was told that my contact noman was not there, I explained that I came to pay a bill and his attitude changed to a point of blatant disrespect, he clearly was having a bad day and was dismissive to me as a customer, I very quickly changed my demeanor to match his and asked for his name, he refused then asked for his boss or supervisor and said he was the boss and an argument with myself and two other employees was started, I quickly picked up my phone and started recording. Needless to say I will be sending the video and my experience to the local office and all other offices in the Middle East with the video attached as well as my shipper who ships for me a new car or bike yearly.
