The management and employees does not look very professional.
(1) They schedule appointments and just ignore them. I had to wait for at least 4 days (!!!) staying at home all day for their service;
(2) When finally they came to my place and packed my stuff, I was told that I get a complementary $2,000 insurance from them as a gift in compensation for delays (which did not work, see below);
(3) The man who packed my stuff was not accurate - When finally my boxes arrived to US, I found that several porcelain things were broken.
(4) When I tried to get a compensation for the broken items ($100-200) they simply ignored all my messages (in spite of the fact that I have a document from them confirming the $2,000 insurance).
