Do not trust Arrow Lin- asked to pay extra insurance whilst claiming no need. On delivery of shipment all items damaged - sofa ruined due to storage conditions / broken glassware / damaged TVs - only answer is tough luck claim insurance but they don’t have

I had the same issue when going to Qatar - my global company will not use them anymore

At first they give the lowest quote and upon wrapping the stuff the space was more than double, now they are insisting for triple price. However, at the time if taking the stuff, they agreed on revised price which was way lower then the second revised price. Disappointed and frustrated because my stuff is still with them.

the worst experience ever , I don't recommend any one to deal with this company . Every one be carful,
they are liars to the maximum , no one answer special when they took money i call one name [Name removed by Sirelo] they told his the manger , (What a manger ) Im asking him what happening his answer i don't know let me go office after i will inform you this before 2 days he didn't reach office tell now

Gentleman : You deserve rude reply .Your thumps down on this platform is not at giving a bad feeling to our team or operation as reality is not that . Do you have no sense to put such rude review ,when we assist you with all effort deliver you car provided you had no proper document on your name for this car to get customs cleared in UAE as only you are supposed to
send car only on your name ,we assisted you to prepare the
document in which no mover in Qatar will be well informed
of the procedure of sending car when shipper and cosignee
is different , we assisted all that to get your car delivered
in destination .Gentleman you are sending your car on some else name in Abu Dhabi and we had deeply assisted you for a documentation for when you had no choice .Now when car is at customs boarder for clearance-everything need a time ,you have no patience .Rethink and have common sense when you make review .

I've had them help me with moving from Qatar to Melbourne. They gave me the best price by a far margin from the closest competitive. Their team came, packed up everything professionally, and took it to their warehouse.
They were very flexible when planning the delivery time as I needed to delay the delivery by several weeks at no additional charge. The shipment arrived on time, and all the items were intact except a minor damage to one item which was not their fault to be honest.
I'm really happy with their service, and would recommend them definitely.

I had taken the services of Arrowline logistics Qatar for moving my household items when I finally decided to leave Qatar for good. Their owner Mr. [name removed by Sirelo] of Doha is a very genlteman. He has given me lowest quote of the all the quotes I received from various logistics firms. They also do good packing to your satisfaction.
The real issue started when the cargo reached to Mumbai Port. The Custom clearance was handled by IMOVE GLOBAL a chennai based company. They have given me very high quote for the Electronic items and irrespective of me having all the cash receipts of items, it was of no use. After paying the money for custom clearance , IMOVE GLOBAL refused to give me custom receipt. When I contacted Mr. [name removed by Sirelo], he said he will ask them to give Custom receipt but it was never given.
Hence, It is very much clear that huge part of money given for custom clearance is grabbed by IMOVE GLOBAL.
So if you are availing services of ArrowLine logistics make it sure that custom clearance in India is not handled by IMOVE GLOBAL, and also custom clearance terms should be made clear in the beginning itself, otherwise getting lowest quotation has no meaning and you will end up paying very high cost of logistics.Read more
