The service given by Aqua air logistics is worst. I am the latest victim. They pack in the most unprofessional way. Lot of my valuable household items were received in damaged situation. The glass and and the brittle items were just loaded together without any proper packaging. I was shocked when inopened the boxes. I had to trash many of my precious gifts
When I complained about all this to the their concerned person Anuradha, she responded that they will look into it. Even after several follow up calls, they is no update.
So, I am writing this review to raise a red flag to notify and help you avoid getting in trouble.

Goods booked from Qatar on first of Oct received in the second week of Nov.with one item missing.That missing item yet to be received.3 months over.God only knows the condition of the item.
It would be better if they refund the money for the item since its a matress.I was told to remove the feed back first time posted.Thought they will be genuine.But the delay is unpredictable.
At last after 3 and a half month got the wrong item.When asked we are told anyhow we are given the thing.See how irresponsible,these people are.How can one accept someone's thing.They are not refunding the money also.
Please friends note it.While relocationg check with many people before you book any one.Dont believe the promises these people give.worst experience with mental tension.
These people worth not even a star for shipping.
Now 6 months over.No response for mail for refund for the mattress.
Let everyone spread this message to your family and friends.

Excellent service.The movers were patient and careful with my items. Auradha was wonderful always following up and came to check each of the 3 days the movers were at my house. Price is very competitive. Would highly recommend.

I received an excellent service. Anuradha is a true professional together with his team of staff. The packing was done very professionally. The tracking was very accurate. Amazing service! Anuradha is a gem for their company. She kept communication very clear with me since the start and replied even during odd hours considering the urgency of my work. Her commitment to her job is commendable.. Highly recommended cargo agency!

We received an excellent personalised service. The packing was done very professionally. There was no hassle at any ports (Qatar as well as UK). They stayed in direct contact with us until the cargo was delivered to our house in UK and looked after everything very well. Special thanks to Miss Anuradha whose dealings with us have been above excellent. Highly recommend this company for moving anywhere in the world. Thanks for making our move so smooth.
